Refund policy

At Skinza, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

        Unused and in their original, unopened condition

        In the original packaging with all labels intact

        Not marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

        Skincare serums, moisturizers, and treatment products

        Lip products and eye products

        Any item that has been used or damaged after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

        Email us at beautyshop_usa@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery

        Include your order number and reason for return

        Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

        Ship the item back using the provided return label or your preferred carrier

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

        Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

        Refunds are issued to the original payment method

        Original shipping fees are non-refundable

        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@skinza.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
