We want your Skinza order to arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details about delivery times, rates, and more.

 

1. Processing Time

        Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation

        Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

        You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped

During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email.

2. Shipping Rates

        Free standard shipping on all orders above a qualifying amount (displayed at checkout)

        Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout

        Expedited and express shipping options are available at additional cost

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location:

        Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

        Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

        Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

4. Order Fulfillment

All Skinza USA orders are fulfilled by our trusted third-party fulfillment partner. Orders are shipped from within the United States, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across all 50 states.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via major US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

6. Tracking Your Order

        A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

        You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or in your Skinza account

        Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation

7. Shipping Restrictions

        We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii)

        We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain product types

        Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size or regulatory requirements

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed:

        Contact us at beautyshop_usa@outlook.com with your order number

        We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf

        If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund

Skinza is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
